Refund Policy

Snipnet Technologies - Building the Web, Responsibly.

This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for services provided by **Snipnet Technologies**. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms laid out below. Our primary focus is client satisfaction, and we are committed to finding fair resolutions for any issues.

1. General Principles

  • All services provided by Snipnet Technologies are **customized, digital, and knowledge-based**. Once work has commenced, the time, labor, and resources allocated are non-recoverable.
  • Refunds are not typically issued for dissatisfaction with subjective elements (e.g., color choice, minor design preference) that fall within the scope of the agreed-upon project brief.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our official email address: contact@snipnet.name.ng.

2. Deposits and Initial Payments

  • An initial **Deposit** or **Retainer Fee** (usually 30% to 50% of the total project cost) is required to commence any web development or design project.
  • This deposit is strictly **non-refundable**. It covers initial planning, resource allocation, project setup, creative briefing, and securing the necessary team capacity for your project.

3. Project Cancellation by Client

If the Client chooses to cancel a project after it has commenced, the refund amount will be determined as follows:

Calculation of Refundable Amount:

  • The **non-refundable deposit** will be retained by Snipnet Technologies.
  • Any amount paid **above** the non-refundable deposit will be subject to a review based on the **percentage of work completed** at the time of written cancellation notice.
  • If the work completed exceeds the total payments received, the Client will be responsible for paying the difference.
  • If the work completed is less than the payments received (minus the deposit), the difference may be refunded within 30 days.

4. Non-Delivery and Discontinuance of Service

  • **Failure to Deliver:** If Snipnet Technologies fails to deliver the project as defined in the signed agreement (and not due to client-side delays, lack of content, or breach of contract), the Client is entitled to a full refund, including the initial deposit.
  • **Discontinuation by Snipnet:** If Snipnet Technologies is forced to discontinue the project for internal reasons not related to the Client's conduct, we will issue a full refund for all services not yet rendered, including the deposit.
  • **Client Delay/Inactivity:** If a project stalls due to client inactivity (e.g., failure to provide content, feedback, or assets) for a period exceeding 45 days, the project may be considered terminated by the client, and section 3 (Client Cancellation) will apply.
